$75 per session or $300

Group Coaching - Stress and Work-Life Balance Package

$250 per participant

In my Balanced Life Lab package, you’ll join a small group of like-minded individuals who are ready to take control of their stress, improve work-life balance, and create lasting, positive habits that support emotional health and wellbeing.

This package is ideal for people who thrive in a group setting and are looking for accountability, shared learning, and the ability to connect with others navigating the same challenges.

Package includes:

  • 6 weekly 60-minute sessions, with option to extend

  • Weekly challenges and check-ins for accountability and support

  • Optional private online community access

Outcomes:

  • Gain transparency on personal stress triggers and work-life balance needs

  • Build emotional resilience and positive self-care habits

Whole Person Health and Balance Package

This package is designed to support overall health and balance through simple, sustainable steps forward. It’s ideal for individuals who are ready to create changes that feel supportive rather than adding more to your plate.

  • Weight management in a realistic way

  • Positive sleep routines

  • Stress management and improved life balance

Package includes:

  • Individual client-centered sessions (weekly or bi-weekly, based on your needs).

  • 6, 12 or 24-week sessions

  • Personalized guidance tailored to your lifestyle, needs, and goals

  • Supportive accountability to help you stay consistent

  • Practical tools, routines, and reflections between session

Who am I?

My name is Jess Munroe. I decided to take the plunge into Health & Wellness Coaching in 2025 after my corporate job of 10 years relocated. Previously, I worked in the hospitality and customer service industries for 19 years. Health and Wellness is a personal, lifelong passion of mine and I am beyond thrilled to finally align my personal passions with my professional goals!

As a mindbodygreen Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I bring positivity, non-judgment and compassion to all of my sessions and have tailored client-centered coaching programs specific to you and your needs. I am working towards qualifying and taking the NBC-HWC National Board Exam in 2026.

When I’m not coaching, I can be found exploring the outdoors and enjoying the Florida sunshine with my rescue dog, Lucy, learning new things, getting lost in a book, and appreciating all that life has to offer.

What is health and wellness coaching?

As your health and wellness coach, I will work with you setting small steps forward to help you become your best self in the way that works for you and your needs. We will explore all aspects of whole body health and wellness together; specific examples include nutrition/healthy eating habits, weight loss, improved sleep quality, and more.

Throughout our sessions, we will navigate work-life balance, stress management techniques and positive self-care techniques. These areas are all intertwined and critical to optimal health and wellness.

Through one-on-one 30-minute or 60-minute group sessions, we will explore your values and motivations and use science and evidence-based strategies for optimal lifestyle shifts and lasting success.

I am not going to diagnose, prescribe anything nor tell you what to do, but will help you narrow in focus on what’s important to you and set manageable action steps together by engaging your ability to make small, positive changes. I am your partner both in progress and accountability and will continually support and empower you through every session together.


How do we get started?

Simply reach out for an initial 15 minute complimentary Discovery Call. We will discuss your objectives, explain more about the coaching process, and answer any questions you may have.


Can services be adjusted after the program begins?

Absolutely. Your needs and goals will evolve, and these packages are designed to adjust accordingly—whether that means refining goals/focal points or restructuring timelines.


For simplicity and clear documentation, credit card or mobile pay payments are accepted. Sessions can be paid for individually or in full for the package of your choosing, but must be paid before the first session begins.
